Nut Free Vegan Parmesan (Vegan, Gluten Free, Oil Free, Flour Free):

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until fully combined and a fine texture is reached.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. This recipe will keep for several weeks.
