Hi there, and welcome! On this blog I share plant based recipes that are mostly gluten free, mostly healthy, and are mostly made from whole foods. I say mostly because life is for living, and sometimes that means you have to treat yourself.
I’ve started this blog to spread the love and encourage all of you to live your best lives. I believe a lot of that starts with food. When you fuel yourself well, the rest comes more easily.
I love that eating a plant based diet is kind to our bodies, the planet, and the animals. I call that a win-win-win.
