Hi there, and welcome!  On this blog I share plant based recipes that are mostly gluten free, mostly healthy, and are mostly made from whole foods.  I say mostly because life is for living, and sometimes that means you have to treat yourself.

I eat a lot of plants, and I love coming up with creative ways to prepare plant food.  Even more than that, I love sharing all of these delicious creations with all of you!
